UWMC Physical Therapy has an outstanding opportunity for a PART-TIME, TEMPORARY/HOURLY, PHYSICAL THERAPIST 2, NICU & ADULTS. This individual will be responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy evaluation and intervention to patients with complex medical diagnosis and/or difficult social situations (multi system impairments and or multiple co-morbidities) referred by a licensed provider. Administers treatments and physical agents as determined by the evaluation in an effort to restore function and prevent further disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Partners with, patients their families and/or caregivers to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
Legal Requirement: Current Washington State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
AND
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized school of physical therapy, or completion of a Physical Therapy program and one year relevant experience.
OR
Equivalent education/experience.
