Laurel Lake is a beautiful retirement community nestled on 150 acres in historical Hudson. Laurel Lake is looking for a Maintenance Painter Renovation Mechanic on a Full-time basis, working 40 hours per week on dayshift. The ideal candidate must be able to plan, organize and complete painting of new and refurbished Apartments, Villas and Support areas as needed. Performs interior and exterior repairs including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry and painting, installation and repairs.
