Administrative Assistant
Hegeler Carus Foundation is seeking a great part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team!
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member, be well-organized, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize. This position supports the Foundation in different aspects of fundraising, special events, research of potential donors and grants; communication with and coordination of the Foundation Board of Directors; management and maintenance of donor database; tracking expenses and managing overall office functions.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong time management, organizational and planning skills, proficient with Internet, website, Microsoft Office programs and social media platforms, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well discretion and confidentiality. Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience are highly preferred. Experience with non-profit or fundraising organization is helpful.
